Trip Form – Chicago 2020

Congratulations on winning a trip for two to watch the Oilers play in Chicago as part of the Molson Canadian presents Oilers Game Day Live program!
The Oilers will complete the following bookings and will cover all costs for the following for the winner and one (1) guest:
- Flights (Return flights from Edmonton)
- Hotels (Two nights, double occupancy)
- Two game tickets – Oilers at the Chicago Blackhawks on March 5th
Key Details:
- All other expenses will be your responsibility
- All guests must be 21 years of age or older
- All guests must have a valid passport
- A full itinerary will be provided to you 1-2 weeks prior to departure
